For a while now,i’ve been looking at and career/scholing choices.

i had gone trough an extremely hard time that has lasted 8 long years.

In those in years i continuted to work and finish my education.However i did spend most of my time working dozens of jobs that had nothing to do with the things i was studing and that was:hair,make-up,skincare.

Now that the hard times are finally over and i have chance to move forward i’ve also come to the conclusion that my greatest love is not going to put food on the tabel.(and it pains me to have to admit this)

It’s also really difficult to find work here in the netherlands as a make-up artist.

i mean most of the time you get by passed by artist who have been in game for years and have a massive portefolio and working experience. Something a beginning artist such as myself does not have.

And although i’m young,i’m 25,i can’t keep going the way i had been when i still had my struggles.

With that in mind i decided to make a career switch,i want to become a fashion/media stylist.

In terms of work it is a more safe bet then just make-up.And if want i can also combine hair,make-up with the fashion styling.

I suppose it would be a logical choice to make.And  i will always find ways to incorporate  my love of make-up in what i do.

Besides the end goal is still to start a business  of my own and in that fashion is also the safe bet.

That being said it is  still difficult for me to accept that i can’t be a full time make-up artist at least not in my home country.

But fashion is so much fun and i hope that someday i will be able to have and work with a combination of all the things i love to do.
